Return window

Vinich products purchased on Amazon fall under Amazon's standard return policy: 30 days from delivery for most items, in original condition with packaging.

How to return

     
  1. Sign in to your Amazon account.
    2.  
  2. Go to Your Orders → locate the Vinich item.
    3.  
  3. Select Return or Replace Items.
    4.  
  4. Choose a reason, print the prepaid return label, and drop off at any approved carrier.

Amazon issues most refunds within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Condition requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

     
  • Unused, with original Vinich packaging and inserts.
    •  
  • Free from scratches, scents, or signs of wear.
    •  
  • Returned within the 30-day window.

Damaged or defective items

If your Vinich product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period (90 days from delivery), Amazon will process a full refund or replacement at no cost.
