Where Vinich ships from

All Vinich orders are fulfilled through Amazon. When you click Buy on Amazon on any product page, your purchase, payment, and delivery are handled by Amazon.com, Inc. and its global fulfillment network.

Processing & delivery time

 
• Amazon Prime members: typically 1–2 business days delivery in the United States.
 
• Standard delivery (US): 3–5 business days.
 
• International orders: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Order tracking, carrier selection (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics), and delivery updates are all managed directly through your Amazon account.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international shipments, Amazon collects estimated customs duties and import taxes at checkout (Amazon Global Import Fees Deposit). You will not be charged additional fees at delivery for most destinations.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact Amazon Customer Service first — they have full order visibility and can process refunds or replacements within 24 hours.
